Support
Write to support@d5initiative.com. One person reads that mailbox, in English or Russian, and usually answers within two working days.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- the name of the game and its version, shown in the game's settings screen;
- your device: phone model and Android version, or PC specs and operating system;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or a short screen recording, if the problem is visible.
Lost progress
Our games save locally and use no accounts or cloud saves, so progress lives only on the machine it was made on. Uninstalling a game, clearing its data, or moving to a new phone or computer removes it, and we have no copy to restore — there is no server holding one. Write to us anyway if something disappeared without any of that happening: that would be a bug, and we want to know.
Privacy and data
We collect no personal data, so there is nothing on our side to export or delete. What each game does store, and what Google's ad service handles, is set out in the privacy policy:
